1. Terms of Service

These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Senscat (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of all services provided by the Company.

Users can use the services by agreeing to these terms, and service use may be restricted if users do not agree to these terms.

2. Provision and Modification of Services

The Company provides the following services:

  • PickTube: YouTube recommendation community service
  • Portfolio: Portfolio service
  • All other services developed by the Company or provided through partnership agreements

The Company may modify the content of services and will notify users in advance of such changes.

3. Prohibited Acts

Users must not engage in the following acts:

  • Acts that violate laws or these terms
  • Acts that interfere with the stable operation of services
  • Acts that interfere with other users' use of services
  • Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
  • Acts of spreading false information
  • Acts of distributing malicious programs or hacking systems
  • Other acts contrary to public order and morals

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The Company shall be exempt from liability for service provision in cases where services cannot be provided due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.

The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by the user's fault.

The Company shall not be liable for damages incurred by users in relation to the use of free services.

The Company shall not be liable for lost profits expected by users from using the services, nor for damages caused by materials obtained through the services.

5. Changes to Terms

The Company may modify these terms when necessary, and modified terms become effective by being announced on the service screen or notified to users through other methods.

Users who do not agree to the modified terms may discontinue service use and terminate the service agreement.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by relevant laws and commercial practices of the Republic of Korea.

Disputes between the Company and users regarding service use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters.
